I'm quite handy with technical things, can I just get some advice over the phone?

Yes, absolutely.  We want nothing more than to get your home cosy as soon as possible.

Things to check before calling:

  • Have you run out of oil?
  • Has the power supply to your boiler tripped?
  • Check your system pressure. 

When you call us, please let us know the make and model of your appliance, in order for us to talk you through simple reset options.  Unfortunately, not all breakdowns are as easily fixed, and do often need an engineer to visit, but we will always try to save you the expense of an unnecessary call-out when we can.
